The longtime leader of Goodwill Industries in the region will retire at the end of the year.
Bob Pedersen has been the president and CEO for more than two decades.
The 73-year-old Pedersen oversees stores and human services programs in 35 counties as part of the nonprofit’s North Central Wisconsin operations.
When Pedersen started with Goodwill the group generated about $6 million in revenue.That figure was $60 million last year.
He says he’ll stay in the Fox Cities after he retires and he’ll still be involved in the community.
