The 102 on Broadway has luxury apartments and commercial space. It’s at the corner of North Broadway and George Street.
Local leaders and state officials got together for a ribbon-cutting ceremony yesterday to celebrate.
Mayor Michael Walsh says the project is drawing a lot of interest from the community. He says it’s important to provide high end, and affordable housing options in the downtown.
Walsh says developers are also asking about what other spots are available in the downtown.
Yesterday’s ceremony was also part of a larger statewide celebration of Wisconsin Main Street Day.
