Two local high schools are holding events to help hurricane victims.
Olivia Tennings is a senior at Saint Mary Catholic School in Fox Crossing. She says the school’s band and choir decided to host a rally to raise money before tonight’s football game. She says there will be live music and a raffle, including a signed helmet by Aaron Rodgers.
Tennings says the rally is from 5:30 to 6:30 in the school’s Fine Arts Education Center.
Appleton North students are collecting basic supplies. Molly Brinkhoff is a senior. She is from Naples and has heard from friends about the devastation.
They’re collecting donations today through Tuesday. They’ll be at Pathways Church from 10 to 6 tomorrow and 8:30 to 6 on Sunday.
People can also drop off items at the Appleton North school store.
