A state appeals court upheld Wisconsin’s right-to-work law today.
The decision reverses a lower court ruling from last year that struck it down, calling it unconstitutional.
Governor Walker signed the right-to-work law in 2015, and it’s been in effect while the court challenge was pending. The law bans businesses and unions from forcing all workers, and not just union members, to pay union dues.
