Democratic Sen. Kathleen Vinehout is running for governor.
She becomes the seventh Democratic candidate looking to oust Republican Governor Walker.
Vinehout says she wants to turn the state’s priorities upside down.
She’s proposing to make tuition at the state’s technical colleges and two-year colleges free for everyone.
Vinehout was first elected to the state Senate in 2006, and ran she for governor in the 2012 recall election and briefly in 2014.
