A 46-year-old De Pere man suspected of killing two pedestrians in a drunk driving crash entered not guilty pleas this morning.
David Meyer is charged with two counts of homicide by driving drunk.
Prosecutors say 44-year-old Rebecca Penenberg and her 18-year-old daughter Raelia were walking along French Road, in the town of Lawrence in August, when they were hit near Highway S.
They say Meyer had a blood-alcohol level of 0.219.
