A Green Bay alderman now has guidelines on where and how he can talk to city staff.
Staffers say they feel intimidated and harassed by Alderman Guy Zima.
Under the guidelines Zima can no longer meet with staff individually, all meetings must be in an office not in a public space and employees can stop any meeting immediately if they feel threatened or harassed or if Zima is being disrespectful
