A Catholic priest in Milwaukee announced yesterday that he’s gay.
Father Gregory Greiten is the pastor of St. Bernadette Parish on the northwest side. He came out to parishioners at mass yesterday.
He told the National Catholic Reporter he’s reclaiming his own voice by breaking the silence of gay men in the clergy. He also criticized the Catholic Church for its stance on homosexuality.
