Episode Sixteen: Vote for People, Not Parties

Retaking political power from partisans takes effort, and knowing WHO you are voting for is part of that. It is easy to think no further than party labels, and vote for the party you always have. When you do that, however, parties take you for granted, allowing them to ignore what you want them to do. Voters must research and understand the people running, and choose the one that best matches their positions. This will shift electoral power back to the voters.
