An attorney from Madison is one of three candidates running in the state Supreme Court primary next Tuesday.
Tim Burns says he grew up with a middle-class background. He says the middle class has been under attack for the last 40 years and courts are part of the problem. He says the courts need a voice that will stand up for the middle class economy and democracy.
Burns and the other two candidates were on Fresh Take with Josh Dukelow on WHBY yesterday morning. He’s running against Milwaukee County Judge Rebecca Dallet and Sauk County Judge Michael Screnock.
The top two finishers will move on to the election on April 3rd.
We’ll hear from all three candidates this week. We’ll also replay the full interviews on Saturday afternoon at 5:30.
