A 29-year-old Green Bay man is facing formal charges for a hit-and-run crash that left a bicyclist with serious injuries.
Prosecutors say police officers smelled “burnt marijuana” coming from the suspect’s SUV, and Barry Watters, Junior failed field sobriety tests. They say police also found some prescription drugs.
The bicyclist was hit in the area of Walnut Street and Oakland Avenue on Sunday afternoon.
32-year-old Ramon Novoa is charged with a misdemeanor count of failing to help a victim or report a crime. Prosecutors say he was riding with Watters.
