Governor Walker is making stops around the state today to tout changes to the welfare system.
He’s signing nine bills, including one that requires more welfare recipients to pass a drug test. Walker says it’s already necessary to get jobs in a variety of areas.
Another bill increases the number of hours that people without dependents need to work, in order to receive food stamps in Wisconsin.
