The trial for a Grand Chute murder is scheduled to start this week.
19-year-old Trevor Teela of Grand Chute is charged with killing 20-year-old Benjamin Graves of Appleton in a drug deal gone bad. Prosecutors say Teela shot Graves at a duplex in the 600 block of South Olson Avenue in September of last year. Jury selection is set for this morning and the trial could last until Tuesday of next week.
Teela is charged with first-degree intentional homicide and selling marijuana.
17-year-old Elian Coronodo entered no contest pleas last month to selling marijuana and possessing a gun as a felon. He’s scheduled to be sentenced on Friday.
Prosecutors say he was working with Teela to sell drugs to Graves and another man.
