People can start applying online tomorrow for a $100 per-child tax rebate.
The state is launching a website with information about eligibility, and how to submit a claim. People need to apply by July 2.

Some Democrats believe the rebate, and a sales tax holiday in early August, are basically election-year bribes from Republicans.
