Tomorrow is the 13th annual National Dump the Pump Day and the head of the local bus system hopes this encourages people to use public transportation.
Ron McDonald is general manager of Valley Transit. He says Appleton Mayor Tim Hanna will hold his office hours on a bus from 10 a.m. until noon.
