The new leader of the Oshkosh Area United Way is on the job.
Mary Ann Dilling started as the CEO on Monday. She took over for Susan Panek. Panek retired after 25 years with the agency.
Dilling says she has big shoes to fill and some goals for the future. She says she wants to work with agencies and the community to increase resources. She says she wants to enhance people’s lives and make an impact.
Dilling says in the past their annual fundraising drive has bought in about $1.2 million. She says they want to get that number to $2.5 million.
Dilling says she has fundraising experience. She worked for EAA and Fond du Lac Festivals before coming to United Way.
