There’s a meeting tonight about an upcoming project on Highway 55.
DOT spokesman Mark Kantola says they’re looking at making improvements between Seymour and Kaukauna. He says they’re going to be resurfacing the 14-mile stretch. He says they’re also proposing a roundabout at the intersection of Highways 55 and JJ. He says they hope it will reduce the number of crashes there.
Kantola says the project isn’t scheduled until 2023. He says they want feedback from the community while they’re still in the design process.
The meeting is tonight from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. It’s at the Vandenbroek Town Hall on Highway JJ in Kaukauna.
