The 9-1-1 dispatcher in the Jayme Closs escape is talking about her experience.
Amy Pullen has worked for the Douglas County dispatch center for about 10 years. She took a call from a woman after Closs showed up at a house.
Pullen says she used her training to keep calm. She says it was the first call in 10 years to make her go into full body shakes and sweats because of the severity of the situation.
Pullen stayed on the phone for a half-hour until help arrived.
The 13-year-old Closs was kidnapped and her parents were killed in October of last year. She was held in a cabin for 88 days before she escaped. 21-year-old Jake Patterson is facing several charges in the case.
