To submit an event for the WHBY Community Calendar, please send the following to whbyam@wcinet.com:

  • Type Community Calendar Submision in the subject line
  • In the email body: event title, date, time, location, and a 2-3 sentence description.  ***Longer submissions will be edited.***
  • Press releases will not be rewritten.  Please follow the above instructions
  • Submissions will be copied from email, please proof read your submission
  • Please note if you would like information on an advertising schedule for your event

 Please note the following:

  • Not for commercial use.
  • Events that appear on the calendar may be subject to approval by WHBY & Woodward Radio Group.  
  • Submissions by mail or press release will no longer be taken. All entries must emailed as noted above.
  • Events could take up to 5 business days to appear.
  • Events submitted before August 15th may have longer description as they were posted before new format was implemented
