A local company is building a new location along I-41 in Little Chute.
Faith Technologies plans to start construction on a 200,000 square foot facility to manufacture green energy products.
Village Administrator James Fenlon says the company is looking to hire 200 to 300 people to work there. He says this is part of Faith’s efforts with micro grids. He says it’s similar to the project at Gordon Bubolz Nature Preserve with solar and alternative energies.
The building will be on the north side of I-41 between French and Holland roads. Fenlon says the company wants to showcase some of its products along the interstate. He says the project is expected to be valued at about 15 million dollars. The village is offering around three million in “pay-as-you go” TIF incentives.
The headquarters for Faith Technologies are in downtown Menasha.
