We’re learning more about Celebrating Volunteers, an annual event celebrating the people who go above and beyond to help make our community a better place with their gifts of time. This year’s event will be virtual. And award recipients will be honored April 18 – 24 during National Volunteer Week. In an effort to highlight and celebrate volunteres, we’re learning more about the young folks who receive recognition for giving back. Our guests are Mandi Dornfeld, Youth Board Advisor/Teen Symposium and Chloe Hietpas, Menasha High School Key Club member.
Big news for United Way Fox Cities and for the region with Peter Gianopoulos announced this week as the next President and CEO of United Way Fox Cities, succeeding Peter Kelly. His first day is April 1 and we’re getting a chance learn more about Peter today, along with Jeff Curtin, who is the United Way Fox Cities Board Chair and part of the United Way Fox Cities CEO Selection Committee.
