The regions first IT job and career fair is happening today.
NEW IT Alliance director Kim Iverson says high school and college students will get the chance to connect with employers and see the diversity within the field.
She says IT jobs are growing by almost 12 percent in the state and even faster in northeast Wisconsin at 21 percent.
Iverson says they have 300 high school and 60 college students registered for the event.
She says it’s open to the public and is from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Bordini Center in Fox Valley Technical College.
