A 57-year-old Neenah man is facing formal charges for a crash that killed two people in Shiocton.
Joseph Konetzke was in Outagamie County Court today. A judge charged him with two counts of homicide by drunk driving.
Officers say Konetske didn’t stop at a stop sign at Highways M and 54 in the town of Bovina on December 17th.
They say he hit a car driven by 82-year-old David Rosol. 83-year-old Hazel De Witt was also in the car. Both victims were from La Grange, Illinois, and both died.
The court set Konetzke’s bond at $200,000.
