In less than two weeks, state lawmakers will be taking up two proposed gun laws, but it’s not known if there will actually be any debate about them.

He doesn’t expect to have a long, drawn-out discussion, because people know where they stand on the issue. He says he’d rather spend time working on bipartisan proposals instead of just arguing.
