Don't waste all those turkey leftovers!

I've got a story coming up on the Tuesday PhilCast about just how much food we'll be throwing away this Thanksgiving. It's a HUGE eye-opening number.

Talk about waste.

Don't toss it. USE it. And after the 4:30 news today our friend Oz from Emerald City Catering, a sponsor of the 'Listen-Live' internet streaming version of the show will join us with ideas on how to use those leftovers.

I've also got some info on eating strategies for Thursday, like I need a strategy to eat on Thanksgiving!
