Army Strong

So the U.S. Army is pulling out of its long-time sponsorship in NASCAR. That's the story today, but it turned me on to something else related to this story.

Not only will you not see this car on the race track, but I learned that a couple of lawmakers have actually been fighting for a bill to ban the military from advertising in the sports world.

My question is why?

If the military already has money budgeted for marketing/recruiting then what difference does it make if it wants to advertise to the NASCAR crowd?

What am I missing here?

I've also got news about Russ Feingold and an Olympic update planned for today.

Oh, and I need someone who saw last night's episode of American Pickers to join me on the phone today because I have a question for you.
