Weekend?

Old cars.
Yeah, that was fun in Iola, Wisconsin over the weekend.

My favorite old car?

Not this one, but it was close.

I'll cover that on the Monday showgrum for sure.

Lets just say it was HOT out there on Friday.




Old boats.
Yeah, plenty to look at in King, Wisconsin at Clearwater Harbor.

Too rich for my blood but it's at least fun to look at on a hot afternoon.

Iced-cold beer and iced cream were purchased, but no boats for me here.



And speaking of sweet treats, no trip to Iola each summer is complete without a stop at the Crystal Cafe for not only the fantastic pie but an iced-cold milk from the tapper to wash it down.

I went with the banana cream while Mrs. Biggest went with some sort of fruit combo crumble ala mode.

I can tell you this much....she usually never finishes all her food, which gives me a shot at sampling some leftovers.

Not in this case.
