For the birds
Many of us have bird feeders in our yards.
I know we enjoy watching our fine feathered friends stop over for a bite to eat.
You'd think having a bird feeder in your own yard would never be an issue big enough to end up in the legal system. You'd be wrong about that.

Today on the PhilCast one of the stories I have to discuss with you is about a woman who is being taken to court because she likes to feed the birds.
Neighbors say too many birds are making too much mess in their yards.
They say the seed droppings are attracting rats too.
They want her to stop.
Sounds a little crazy to me, but who is going to win in this case. I'll have the details.
Also Wednesday....
Appleton's cycling history...there's a book coming out and an actual tour you can take next week.
The head of that tour joins me on the show at 4:30-ish today to chat more about it all.
