Death of Andy Williams
It's not really Christmas until I hear him singing "It's the most wonderful time of the year..."Andy Williams died last night at the age of 84 after battling bladder cancer for about a year.
That single song is one of my all-time favorite Christmas songs.
And if you are old enough to remember them, his Christmas specials on television were the best. Anyone who was anyone would want to be a guest on Andy's Christmas special each year.
There was a warm-fuzzy about him and those specials bring back great memories of Christmas for me each time I see them.
And now, thanks to YouTube, it is easier than ever to enjoy timeless, classic Andy Williams.
One of the great ones.
