Worried about the wrong guns

Thursday on the PhilCast I'll have two stories that, in my mind, prove we are worried about the wrong guns in this country.


One story is about the kid who got into trouble for having a Lego toy gun the size of a quarter on a school bus.

Take a look...

That's the one right there.

You can't make this stuff up.

At the same time some guy walking around Disney World with a semi-automatic pistol in his pants loaded with hollow-point bullets just loses the thing on a ride.

That would be this gun.

Shouldn't we be a little more concerned about this and a little less worried about tiny toys and goofy 'no-tolerance' policies that lack common sense?
