Johnson stands behind health care lawsuit

A Republican U.S. Senator is sticking to his guns, after the longest-serving Wisconsin congressman called a lawsuit a "political stunt."

Sen. Ron Johnson of Oshkosh is going to federal court over a provision in the health care reform law that lets the federal government subsidize insurance for members of Congress and their staff.

Johnson responded to the criticism of Republican Congressman Jim Sensenbrenner of Menominee Falls. He says the lawsuit isn't frivolous or trivial, and it isn't a stunt. He says he intends to see it through the court process.

Johnson says Congress and staffers shouldn't get special treatment.
