Group releases credit card complaint report

A consumer advocacy groups says people in Wisconsin filed more complaints about Capital One, than any other credit card company.

WISPIRG Director Bruce Speight says they analyzed a report by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau which started tracking consumer complaints in 2011.  Speight says the bureau was formed in 2010, in response to the economic collapse.

He says the state ranks 26th in the country for the amount of credit card complaints, and many of the concerns are being addressed.

Speight says the most common complaints involve billing disputes, high interest rates, and fraud.
