Baldwin pushes for clean energy jobs

A Democratic lawmaker from Wisconsin is hoping to invest in job training for clean energy jobs.

U.S. Senator Tammy Baldwin of Madison was in Green Bay yesterday afternoon, and she says her proposal includes $100 million for grants and training programs. She says it would be an investment in growing the economy, and making sure people have high-paying jobs.

Baldwin toured Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. She says the school is working with high school students to offer them credits, in training programs for skilled jobs.
