State trooper's injuries not life-threatening

A state trooper's injuries from an accident late yesterday morning are not life-threatening.

The State Patrol says 36-year-old Justin Hansen was pinned between the back of his squad car, and another car, while he was investigating a crash on Highway 41 South.

Hansen was trying to get something from the trunk of the squad car when a driver lost control, and hit him, near the Highway II interchange in the Menasha area. He was taken to Theda Clark Medical Center.
