Woman raped while answering Craigslist ad

A 24-year-old Howard man is behind bars on accusations that he raped a woman, after she answered his Craigslist ad for a babysitting job.

Lt. Scott Semb of the Brown County sheriff's department says Tyler Olson posed as a woman when he placed the ad and agreed to meet the 20-year-old victim at his apartment in the 2,000 block of Memorial Drive last night.

Semb says Olson then forced the victim to get into her car, and drive him somewhere, but her car ran out of gas on I-43, around 1 a.m. this morning.

He says Olson tried to run away, but the officer caught, and arrested him.

He's in the Brown County jail on two counts of first-degree sexual assault, and one charge of false imprisonment.
