Badgers Road Win Streak Now 4 After Big Win in Iowa
After losing three straight games at the Kohl center the Wisconsin Badgers have gone on a four game road winning streak as they knocked off 15th ranked Iowa 79-74 in Iowa City on Saturday. Four Badgers scored in double digits, as they were lead once again by Frank Kaminsky with 21 points. Sam Dekker added a double-double for Wisconsin with 15 points and 11 rebounds. Josh Gasser and freshmen Bronson Kening chipped in 12 points each. The 16th ranked Badgers have now moved into thrird place in the Big Ten with a 9-5 record. They are 22-5 overall. Wisconsin shot a sizzling 57% in the first half to take a 40-31 lead at the half. But Iowa came back and took a four point lead with just over four minutes to go before the Badgers went on a nice run to close out the game and the Hawkeyes. The Badgers will return home as they take on Indiana Tuesday night. News Talk 1150-WHBY will have the pre-game show at 7:00pm and tip-off at 8:00pm.
