Fox Cities Reads book leads to fundraiser

The book from this year's Fox Cities Reads program is prompting students at Neenah's two middle schools, to raise money for a three-year-old girl.

"Wonder" by R.J. Palacio, is about a boy with facial deformities, and his experiences at school. Shattuck librarian Teresa Slivinski says Brynn Rosplochowski has a similar issue. The girl is the granddaughter of a library aide at the school, and the child has been through a handful of surgeries. Slivinski says they're selling t-shirts and bracelets, to help the family pay some medical bills.

Students at Shattuck and Horace Mann middle schools are wearing the T-shirts today, to show their support for the family.
