DOT has latest plans for Hwy. 41-29 work

The next phase of construction, at the interchange for Highways 41 and 29 in Green Bay, will get started soon.

The DOT will unveil the plans at a meeting today.

Spokesman Mark Kantola says they're going to build roundabouts, on Shawano Avenue and Packerland Drive. He says both streets will be shut down, at separate times, for about 60 days.

Kantola says crews are almost finished with the flyover ramps. He says they're expected to open at the end of the month.

The meeting is at the DOT's Highway 41 Project office, on W. Mason Street, from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
