Health official reacts to sleep survey

Wisconsin is tied with Rhode Island for getting the fewest hours of sleep each night, and a health care official is warning about the impacts of that.

Scott Schuldes is an associate medical director for ThedaCare Physicians. He's reacting to a recent survey that shows people in the state get an average of eight hours and 26 minutes of sleep a day.

Schuldes says it can lead to heart problems, weight gain, and depression. He says people need at least eight to 10 hours of sleep, each night.
