Future Neenah highlighting restaurants

Future Neenah is kicking off a summer event aimed at encouraging people to eat at local restaurants.

The first "Savory Summer Nights" event is tonight, at the Ground Round. Executive director Amy Barker says they started the program because restaurants could use a little boost this time of year.

She says Future Neenah will feature a different restaurant each week, through the end of August. Barker says the restaurants will offer specials, on the night of the event, and diners can register to win a $100 prize.
