Butter prices rising

The price of butter could climb, because inventory is down, and exports are up.

Brandon Scholz is with the Wisconsin Grocers Association. He says right now people are paying between $4.10 and $4.25 for butter, on average. He thinks prices will increase over the next couple or months.

About 40 percent of the state's overall butter consumption, happens from September, through December.
