Little Chute officials planning for the future

Little Chute officials are working on a five-year strategic plan, to help streamline the village's government.

One of the goals, is to improve economic development, throughout the village. Little Chute administrator James Fenlon says reworking the village's website, could be a first step toward luring projects to Little Chute.

Fenlon says they also want to cut village government costs, through efficiencies, create partnerships with local communities, and get the public more involved. He says they have about 40 possible projects in mind.

The village board will likely vote on a final draft of the plan, late next month.
