Freedom educator 'Teacher of the Year'
A national organization is recognizing a Freedom agriculture teacher for his work in, and out, of the classroom.
Paul Larson was one of five educators to receive this year's Teacher of the Year Award from the Association for Career and Technical Education.
Larson helped triple the size of Freedom's agriculture program since he started at the school in 1987. He says they cover all aspects of Wisconsin's largest industry.
Larson is also the chair of the Wisconsin Agriculture Education and Workforce Development Council. He helped create the group in 2008.
