Brown Co. wants more time on library issue
Four libraries in Outagamie County are going to cut off Brown County users, from checking out items, at the start of the new year, and there's a request to wait a few more months.
The dispute is over a bill that Brown County sent to the Outagamie-Waupaca Library System, for Outagamie County users.
Brown County Library board president Terry Watermolen says the bill isn't due until March 1, and hopefully they can find a solution by then.
The Appleton Public Library board will consider the request today. The other three libraries that are involved are Kaukauna, Kimberly-Little Chute, and Seymour.
