Survey: Economy back to pre-recession levels
Business leaders in northeast Wisconsin say the economy here is returning to pre-recession levels.
That's one of the findings of an annual survey from First Business Bank.
Mickey Noone is the president of the bank's northeast region. He says after several years of slow, but steady growth, businesses are more upbeat about the economy.
Noone says most businesses plan to add some jobs this year, and manufacturing is leading the way.
He says business leaders are concerned about the fiscal cliff and full implementation of the health care reform law, but he's confident they'll get through it.
