Jurors hear from FdL. Co. murder suspect
Fond du Lac county jurors heard a police interrogation, in the trial of a 36-year-old Fond du Lac man accused of killing his wife.
District Attorney Dan Kaminsky played an interview Fond du Lac Police detectives recorded with Jason Anderson at a Birmingham, Alabama jail days after the death of Nicole Anderson.
Anderson said he didn’t intend to shoot her, and they weren't having marital problems. The detective asked him why he didn’t call an ambulance after the shooting.
Anderson told the detectives he fled to Alabama to visit his mother because he knew he would be going to prison and wanted to see her one more time.
The trial is scheduled to continue through next week.
