FVTC seals time capsule for 100 years
In 100 years, Fox Valley Technical College officials will be able to look back on how the school looked, and what it offered students in 2012.
Fox Valley Tech officials sealed a time capsule in a wall of the new Jones Dairy Farm Culinary Theater yesterday, at the Grand Chute campus.
Chris Matheny is a vice president at the school. He says Fox Valley Tech is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year, and he doesn't think the school's founders left a capsule for today's leaders to find.
Matheny says the school thought it would be fun to bury the capsule yesterday, because of the 12-12-12 date.
