Sen. Kohl says farewell on Senate floor
Wisconsin Senator Herb Kohl gave his final speech from the floor of the U.S. Senate this morning. 
Kohl took office in 1989, and served four terms. During his speech, he thanked Wisconsin voters for electing him, and said he did his best to look out for their interests.
The 77-year-old is stepping down after his current term is up January second.
Kohl will be replaced in three weeks by fellow Democrat Tammy Baldwin.
