Heating bills still expected to climb

We officially welcome winter later this week, and while it's been a pretty warm December so far, we probably can't expect a repeat of last year's unusually warm temperatures.

Charlie Higley of the Citizens Utility Board says that means people will pay more to heat their homes, even though fuel costs haven't gone up. He says statewide heating bills could climb by 20 percent, compared to last year.
