Milwaukee's snowless streak ends
Just under 1-1/2 inches of snow fell in Milwaukee yesterday, ending a record streak of consecutive days without snow.
The record is now 288 days. The previous mark was 279 days, set in 1999.
Appleton ended it's second-longest snowless stretch late last month. Green Bay snapped its fourth-longest streak at the same time.
